I’ve become more obsessed with green lately and these deep olive speckle pieces just confirm that! Since this was my first time doing a glaze firing and learning how the different glazes look when finished I tried a variety so I could find some that I’d want to use again in the future, this will be another one for sure.

It’s that time of year again and I’ve got my holiday sweaters live on my Etsy shop page. I’ve got a few of these sweatshirts and they are super comfy, great for running around doing errands or just lounging on the couch with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate! Some more of the pottery that I recently completed. I’m so in love with how the glaze on all these pieces came out, it’s got some lovely warm tones and then this gorgeous peach colour as well. This clay and glaze combo will definitely be used again in future pieces.

With all this snow it has memissing the warm colors of summer, I guess these lustrous jade pottery pieces will have to do. These are a few of the pieces that I unloaded from the kiln on Friday, I’ll be postjng more of the pieces coming in the next couple weeks.

One of my all time favourite movies to watch in fall is “You’ve Got Mail”! Last year I designed a modernized “Shop Around The Corner” logo based off Kathleen Kelly’s shop and offered it on a few items in my etsy shop. This year I wanted to expand my designs to include their AOL usernames and started with “Shopgirl”. I knew I had to incorporate a little daisy into the design as of course those were Kathleen’s favourite flowers. Check out my Etsy shop to see the other designs and products I offer 🌼

Happy Friday! I recently finished another house portrait commission. I love that people are wanting to include their pets in the portraits as well I think it’s just so adorable.
