Our website is updated for our next session of classes that begin in January.
We are now offering a Saturday obedience class. It’s is for all breeds,sizes and ages.
We are also offering a pet parent support group to discuss issues that often are not covered in class. This is for anyone who needs extra support or has specific concerns about their dog. This is for pet parents only (dogs can stay at home). It will be offered on a once a month basis and you need to register on our website for each session. Cost is a drop in fee of $10 per session. As long as we have a minimum of 6 people (max 8 ), the session will run. Go to our website gascitydogclub.ca for more information.

With winter finally here don’t forget about our Sunday socializing drop ins. Perfect way for your pup to get exercise, socialize and have fun in a warm and safe environment. $10 drop in fee (cash please as we are non profit). You can also purchase a punch card for $100 which gives you 12 (2 free) drop ins.

The very talented Mike Quinn has made these beautiful ornaments with his 3D printer. They light up with a battery. We have some for sale at the club for $20. Make a beautiful gift. Very light weight and sturdy. Picture does not do it justice.

Our Angel Tree is now up. 🌲
This means that from now until January 5, 2025, we are collecting monetary donations for various local animal charities.

We had a very successful Santa Paws again this year. Thank you to our volunteers who helped set everything up and donate their time today.
A huge thank you to Dayna with Jorven Photography for donating her time and talent. Also a big thank you to all of you that participated. We very much appreciate your support.

It has been suggested that we try out having a pup parent support group. This would give the opportunity for those struggling with issues, not addressed in classes, to have a supportive group with an instructor to talk about different concerns/issues.
Many people adopting shelter/previously owned/abused or neglected pups experience this, but it’s open to anyone. We would offer it as a drop in class so you can come when you want instead of committing to a set of classes. Fee would be $10 per drop in.
We are looking for feedback on this and if there is enough support we would try it out in the New Year. Please comment below or private message us on Facebook if you are interested or just your thoughts about this in general. Looking forward to hearing from you!!!😊

Just a reminder to those of you who registered for classes online. Our in person registration is tomorrow (Sunday) at the club from 12-4. Please bring payment in cash or cheque and bring your pup’s vaccination records for us to view. See you then!!!! ☺️
