Annnd that’s a wrap folks!
I’ve been a bit MIA lately after returning from my trip, getting sick and then trying to catch up but it’s time for the horses to get their well deserved winter (when it decides to show up!) break.
I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who is a part of the Eden Equine family for a wonderful 2023 season. I am so grateful for all of you! It’s been my pleasure to watch everyone’s successes this year from starting to ride independently, catching, grooming & tack up unassisted, first canters, first jumps, first horse, trail rides and all the little bits of learning along the way. I am so proud of all of you.
And another HUGE thank you to all of those who help behind the scenes to help keep our wonderful horses in tip top shape, who keep the barn running and that allow me to be able to be out in the ring teaching. I couldn’t do it without you.
And of course a shout out to our wonderful crew of horses who teach us, humble us, and partner with us on our journeys. They are the reason we keep coming back for more. Flaws and all, they are truly the best teachers we could ask for.
I will hopefully get a fall newsletter out (I’ve got 13 days still!) to update on all our winter happenings and planned classes for later this winter. Then another winter one afterwards.
I wish all of you and your 2 & 4 legged families a wonderful holiday season and winter season. And can’t wait to see you all again in the new year.
Video of silly snow ponies for smiles!
Well it’s false spring #1!
I have sent out info for winter stable management and spring start up. Please reach out, if you are an existing student and haven’t received any info.
For those of you already on the waitlist, (& everyone else) I will be sending out a newsletter soon outlining all the goings on to come later this winter/early spring.
FYI; when I say our ring is a skating rink I actually mean it😂
Best baby horse Betty just out for a “trail ride” around the front field. Just getting out and seeing the world. Didn’t mind the flapping tarps, dogs racing up behind her or the “water ditch” she had to step over. Can’t wait for her to grow up! Tiny baby horse. (A very petite almost 3)
Spring is springing! Herbie is doing some water schooling to get prepared to be an event pony when he grows up. What are you up to to get prepped for this season?
Such a good baby horse. 3rd time working this year, 1st time with tack this year. Can’t wait to get on!
