UPDATE!
To all my lovely existing and potential customers I want to know annouce that I'm now booking full time!! As many of you know I'm now longer working part time elsewhere so that means I'm able to open my books wide open-
This is an exciting adventure for me and I'd like to thank you for your ongoing support as I grow and continue learning as a groomer!

Starting September 6th my hours will be 8:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday- I will be offering twice a week openings for a 6pm appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays & I'm still looking to offer nail days a few times a month if the interest continues to grow ☺️

Roxy was my very first client when a started my business, I met her owners at work and passed out my information and booked her right in. I'm so grateful for meeting so many great people and their four legged friends- it's been a ride and I'm always happy to see a familiar face just like this one ❤️

overall today was a great success💓 still suffered with 5 no shows unfortunately.

I will be offering this service again 2 times a month! Same deal $12 nail day, next one pending for June 22nd!!!

I am taking my regular clientele for all grooming appointments but at the current time i will not taking new clients without 50% prepayment of service upfront.

Thank you for all you who showed up in this heat and made the day a little more fun 💓

i’m happy to announce that I’m offering my first monthly nail clip day! Each Nail clip is offered at a discounted rate of $12 dollars per dog, a percentage of the funds made during my day is being donated to a local charity or some other way to make someones day just a little easier!! I’m excited to be able to offer a little kindness back in to the community, that’s what supporting small is all about 💓

Nail clip day is scheduled to take place on June 1st 2023, i will be accepting 25 spots for this date. Please PM me to secure a slot i’ll be booking for 8:30am to 5pm

As i’m sure it’ll book fast, i’d like to remind everyone that i’ll be offering this service once a month. 🐾

again this evening i’ve had another no show, please guys if you have no intentions of showing up for your appointment please let me know, i can’t financially run a business like this going forward.
With that being said i’m going to unavailable to book between June 2nd to June 12th.

NOTICE

To all my supportive and wonderful clients, new and old. I’m sorry to have to make this decision and it doesn’t come lightly.. but effective immediately i’m requiring a 50% deposit to book with me for any grooming services.
Unfortunately with the amount of no shows with little to no regard to my time, business and most importantly my strict no show policy i have no choice in the matter.
Starting this business i knew what to expect coming into a service industry but please be mindful of people’s time, time that you’re not only stealing from me but from the other customers willing to show up.
Please note if you refuse to abide by my no show and cancellation policy and fees, i will no longer be booking you as a client in the future.

Again thank you to all you who’ve supported me, helped me grown, learn and thrive. I’m sorry to make so many people catch flack for other people’s inconsiderate behaviour.

As Grooming is a huge part of my livelihood, i have to remind everyone of my cancellation and no show policy. These fees must be paid to me prior to booking in again. I’m very flexible but 24h notice is always appreciated so i can book another dog in 🐶
