Our phone has been ringing off the hook this morning about appointments and winter weather, so we figured we make a post!

If you have a scheduled appointment and we are experiencing some winter weather & storms here’s what to do:

1. Evaluate weather conditions and road conditions
2. If you don’t feel safe driving, don’t. (We love you guys and we aren’t worth, stay safe)
3. Shoot us a text with as much heads up as possible that you won’t be making your appointment due to the weather

But what about cancellation fees ?

We aren’t monsters and our clients safety is a priority. If you cancel due to winter weather there won’t be any cancellation fees.

Enjoy the winter weather that’s heading our way! ☃️

This plays a huge role in growing your pups success at the groomers, it allows your dog to build confidence with the grooming experience without getting to overwhelmed! Most puppy’s get 2-4 puppy introduction grooms prior to getting a full groom… or what we like to call “big boy haircut” or “big girl haircut” Your pup needs to get groomed for 10-15+ years so it’s important to set the foundation up for the success! #happypaws
