📅 No Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Clients,
I absolutely understand that life happens — unexpected situations arise, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, I’ve recently experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. As a small, appointment-based grooming business, this has a significant impact.
When a spot is reserved for your pet, that time is set aside just for you. A last-minute cancellation means I’m left with an empty appointment that can’t easily be filled — resulting in lost income and wasted time that could’ve been given to another client in need.
To be fair and to keep my schedule running smoothly, we kindly remind you of our policy:
🔹 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
🔹 No-shows (no notice at all) will also be charged 50%.
This policy is not about punishment — it’s about respect for time, both yours and mine. I’m actually being generous with this fee, as the true cost is often greater when the spot can’t be rebooked on short notice.
I ask that you please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives me a chance to offer the slot to another pet in need of care.
