On Sunday we hosted our annual in-house Holiday Horse Show & Gymkhana Games🎄 HUGE thanks go out to our ingate/coach extraordinaire and to for her excellent judging! It was a great day despite the weather, and finished off with an impressive 4-in-Line challenge that topped out our indoor standards!

We are 11 Days away from the OOF Banquet!

1. Ticket purchases close tomorrow night (Tuesday October 8th) at midnight so be sure to get your orders in ASAP!

2. Nominations are now open for the Southlake, Sportsmanship and Horsemanship (New) Awards.

3. If you won a perpetual trophy last year, we would appreciate if you could return it to the farm this week so that we can get new engraved plates for this years winner ahead of banquet day.

4. NEW This years banquet will feature a silent auction!

Mark your calendars OOF Riders! Tuesday September 10th at 6pm we will have a Prospective Silver Team meeting - aimed at people wanting to do Silver either 2025/2026 (who are new to silver - current members can come and share their experiences but do not have to attend the meeting!), and/or Wild Card (a single silver show) next year. We'll talk about time and money commitments (a lot of both), expectations of riders through the year from deciding to join through to going to the first show, and have a q&a.

Reminder to everyone interested in maybe doing silver one day: we will be at Angelstone this week Thursday to Sunday please come out and spectate! I don't want to use the word "mandatory" but I am saying it in that spirit 😉 and don't just spectate ringside - make sure you hang out in the barn aisle too.
