LUCKI is suffering from a vascular ring anomaly
A vascular ring is a type of congenital (present at birth) defect. This happens when normal vessels are in the wrong place. This may cause pressure on the esophagus or airway. These vessels known as arteries may carry blood to the body, to the lungs, or both.

Anything small helps if you cannot donate, I am also collecting bottles to exchange for them.

Foster Pupdate-ANGELA🐾

As you may recall, this gorgeous gal is one of our three palliative pups in care and as a result of her kidney disease. We want to take this time to send a BIG thank you to the wonderful and caring staff (Lindsay, Heather & Raven) at Pet Perfection for sponsoring Angela for the month of November.🙏

Here’s an update from Angela’s foster family:

“Angela knows her routine. She gets her walks to the pond to look for frogs, walk around the park and cuddle time. Every few days cuddle time means sitting around the living room together and getting an IV drip to take out as much toxins as possible so she can feel better and be her puppy self. Angela some how knows that this has to be done and lowers her head reluctantly for me to put the needle in. She then lays down for the hour without a complaint. I don’t know many humans who are that cooperative. Good girl Angela!”💕

Looking for a single mom or dad or retired couple to love me right 💘🐾

What’s your story? Bet Myla’s been through more then your average dog? Whenever we post about dogs with a bite history people always get too scared to even think 🤔 about the possibility of helping them. You know dogs like our girl Myla has been tortured and mistreated as young dogs into early adulthood. I don’t know if you remember the story but she was tied to a tree and continuously breed unfortunately her milk never came in so all of her puppies always died and on top of that she was continuously harassed by kids that lived in her area but was always on a tie out so couldn’t get away. Myla has a huge fear of kids and anything that moves too quickly. She is not a fan of other dogs 🐕 or cats. Myla is looking for her perfect human as you can see she is very loveable and has the ability to be a perfect companion for the right person if you know anyone that is looking for a companion dog and has no kids, backyard and can keep her safe. — please reach out to us they must have big dog experience and big muscles as she is a strong girl

Help save Buttercup life!! 💕

Update on Oct 5th, 2021. We have met our fundraising goal for Buttercup’s surgery. Thank you to everyone who played a role in making this happen!🙏🙏🙏

Buttercup’s heart surgery is officially booked!!!💔

She will attend to OVC located in Guelph, ON, on October 6th for her consult and pre op testing with her surgery scheduled to take place the following day, on October 7th, 2021!

As excited as we are to have an official surgery date for Buttercup’s gastric ring anomaly surgery, we are still VERY worried about fundraising the full amount needed. At this very moment, we have fundraised a grand total of $3580 out of the anticipated $8000 needed.

Mr. Steal your heart came in for a nail trim today and couldn't resist my salon stuffie that we adopted from Fur-Ever Able Dog Rescue and Rehab to help save and touch more dogs lives.

With over 55 dogs & puppies currently in care here at Fur-Ever Able, and a large majority having medical or surgical needs, our medical bills are quickly adding up. Last month’s medical bills alone were well over 11k!😬
