Dear Pet Parents,

We hope you and your furry companions are doing well! We want to take a moment to thank you for being a cherished part of our family. It’s our joy to care for your pets, and we are truly grateful for the trust you place in us.

As we continue to strive for excellence in providing your pets with a safe, loving, and fun environment, we’ve found that some of our operating costs have increased. To maintain the quality of care and all the little extras you love (that we don’t charge for), we will be updating our fees effective May 1, 2025. We will honour All existing reservations with the old pricing.

Here’s what the new rates will look like:

- $55 plus tax per night for one dog
- $90 plus tax for two dogs sharing the same room per night
-$135 plus tax for three dogs sharing the same room per night
-$45 plus tax per day stay for one dog no overnight
-$65 plus tax per day stay for two dogs no overnight sharing the same room
-$105 plus tax per day stay for three dogs no overnight sharing the same room

We understand that changes can be a bit unsettling, and we want to assure you that this adjustment will help us keep providing the exceptional service your pets deserve. We are also working to add extra services that will be included in the nightly rate (no additional fees) that will be announced soon. We are on schedule to open an outside “bark park “ for all our guest doggies to play as a no leash area on May 1, 2025, where exercises and play time will be allowed in addition to their walks and inside play Time.

Lexi is a little timid, so I need to start off slow and build a relationship and trust.
I am also trying to break the constant treating, and work more on Verbal and Touch praise.

We can’t wait to see Lexi learn new skills, build confidence, and make furry friends along the way. With Stephanie’s expertise and passion for training, we’re sure this will be a transformative experience for Lexi.
