Susan will work with you, to form a plan that best suits you and your dog. What is Killara Station? We are blessed with an incredible gift from God, we are the caretakers of this unique property. We named our property "Killara Station" for many reasons, it is a landmark and should me named. Killara is the suburb we lived in for many years in Australia, Killara means "permanent" in aboriginal and of course "station" is an Australian farm. Our family will always be connected to Australia and naming our home in Canada "Killara Station" we will always be reminded of our lives in Australia.

What is Lure Course?

• Lure Course is a humane, modern sport based upon the ancient sport of live game coursing, or the pursuit of game by dogs through the use of sight rather than scent. In this sport your dog will chase a mechanical lure which is most often a white plastic bag attached to a string.

What is Scent Detection?

• Also known as Nosework is a recreational activity designed for non-working dogs to enjoy the challenge of locating scent. As well as communicating with their handler that the scent has been located.

♥️Update!!! Balto found his forever home! We are extremely happy for him & his new family.♥️

⭐️ AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ⭐️

Balto is a two year old, neutered, Bernese mountain dog/poodle cross. Named after the lead dog in the movie and true story, the Yukon Quest. Meaning “protect the king”. Aside from being extremely good looking and adorable, Balto is an extremely joyful dog, full of love, compassion and energy. He exudes joy. He loves physical contact with humans, dogs or cats. He is excellent with other animals including farm animals. He has some basic service dog training and excellent recall. He loves to learn and learns very quickly. He understands the difference between working and “release” free time. He does well on leash or harness but also loves his free range time. When running free he “boings” everywhere like Tigger the tiger in Winnie the Pooh. He is on a raw diet and has hair rather than fur, which means he’s hypo allergenic. He would be an incredible service or agility dog. He would love a home with a lot of exercise, physical contact and hugs with humans and dogs.

If you would like more information on Balto please message or text Marianne directly (416) 918-5857 or contact is 7058540055
