**ANNOUCEMENT**

Subject: Changes to Hours of Operation

Dear clients, please read carefully.

Please note that I have decided to make a small change to my hours of operation. This decision comes from having a major decrease in new clientele but also to create space in my calendar for times when appointments need to be rescheduled due to storm days, or if you have an emergency and can't make it.

📣Beginning August 2024, I will be fazing out my Fridays as I was only working a half day and will now be booking Monday to Thursday. (exceptions: If Monday a Holiday, Friday will be available, and at the end of November into December for xmas rush)

📣If you're already pre-booked on a Friday, this will not affect your appointment.

📣Please prebook multiple appointments ahead of time to reserve your spot & avoid disappointment.

📣 I am still able to take on new clients for time being for dogs 70lbs or less. Cats are welcome with the assistance of their owner.

SUMMER VACATION IS HERE

Please note that I am officially on vacation July 19th to Aug 5th.
I will be out of province for the first half of my vacation, and not respond to any messages.

I will reserve some time at the end of my vacation to respond to all inquiries in order received.
