This is Pepper. When she first came to me her coat was all the same length and soft like cotton. Her owners really wanted her stripped and hoped that she would have hard coat and look like a westie one day. I told them I would do my best but I couldn’t promise anything. It’s taken quit a few grooming sessions to finally get her coat corrected from being shaven previously! Her skin is so much healthier now too!
