Rose Brier Cottage

C.,Canada, Rose Brier Cottage is a small, naturally grown herb & vegetable farm. Proprietors Penny Anderson and David Campbell bought this small acreage on the lake in December 1993. The almost 90 year old farmhouse was in a terrible state of disrepair, the roof on the barn leaked everywhere, and the field had been mowed for hay by a local farmer for years, but Penny and David saw their dream. w, the field has been tilled and the beds planted with a mixture of vegetables, flowers, herbs, nuts and fruit and a few years ago, they embarked on a new venture, Honey. David has built a little shop in the barn which is full of the wares Penny produces and a small greenhouse and hot house have also been added for starters and plants. Rose Brier Cottage is a member of the Mission City Farmer's Market located in Lane Creek Park, next to the Public Library.
