Happy Thursday! Anyone else loving the fact it’s almost the weekend again? I’ve been a little MIA lately getting caught up on orders (on top of having a full time job and three dogs 😅) but I just want to give the a heads up that I’ll be closing the shop for a week or two sometime in the next month. I want to enjoy a couple of weeks off in July so I have to ensure all orders are out before that time.

Anyways, here’s a pretty custom collar I made recently with some galaxy speckles 🌌.

I hit 1000 sales on Etsy this week and I'm sooooo excited, I could not have done it without you! 🥳 I'm not just talking about the purchases but also for following me, sharing or commenting on my posts, or posting pictures of your pets in my products so thank you for that. I also want to thank you for all of your reviews, which I always make sure to read and enjoy or take as constructive criticism. Starting this business was one of the most challenging and rewarding things I've done but I'm so thankful for everything I've learned and for everyone I've met through this business so from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! 💕

Also, I haven't gotten a chance to update my colour chart yet but seafoam is an available colour and I just got it in 1.5" as well so you can order the wide collars in seafoam.

Happy from Ambassador ! Radar is sporting his custom 3 foot grab handle leash in oasis and sunshine with black hardware. It’s a nice bright colour to remind us that spring is still on the way (even though I’m freezing this morning).

I was requested to add speckles to this leash (I want to say I am not the first person to do this, there are other great businesses that have done this for a while, but I’ve started experimenting because of customer requests) and I think it turned out great! Radar is doing me a favour and testing out how well the paint holds up, so fingers crossed it passes the test!

I’m just going to sneak this snowy picture in while we’re still getting snow here in Ontario, fingers crossed it’ll be gone soon though 😅. Ambassadors Alice and Aurora are wearing their layered collars in Oasis and Violet and Flamingo and Sky Blue. I love how the colours stand out against the white background.

Birch Tree Ambassadors

This was a really tough decision to make! I had so many amazing applicants and I spent the entire week carefully making my decision. My ultimate goal was to branch out and connect with new people across the county, maybe even outside of the country, while keeping a small group from Ontario. If you didn’t get picked please know this was nothing personal and I would have included all of you if I could 💕. I’ll be having another search in a few months though so please try again!

Who else is sick of the snow? 😅 Its currently snowing where I am after the past two days being sunny and mild. Luckily all the spring colour combinations I’ve been making lately have me hopeful that spring is around the corner!

What you’ll get as my ambassador:

- A 20% off personal code to my Etsy store and upcoming website

Requirements:

- Post your pet wearing my products at least twice a month
- Send me unedited photos of your pets wearing my products
- Post your unique code to your highlights and bio/link tree

I love receiving pictures from customers with horses, since I don’t own a horse of my own (the inner horse girl in me is crying 🐴) my pictures of horse products never do them justice. I made a custom driving halter and driving reins for this sweet little pony and I’m so happy with the results. My knowledge and skills have come so far in this past year and I’m excited to start developing and releasing new products!

Hi again everyone! I know I’ve been pretty absent on social media lately but I’m making my way back. I’ve enjoyed my time off but i’m eager to get back to business. The start of 2022 hasn’t been the easiest and I’m working on some changes behind the scenes, hence the extended absence.

In case you haven’t seen it already, my Etsy store is open, however, I’ve been working with on a website (because I’m useless at these things) and I’m hoping to launch that in the next couple of weeks. That being said I’d love for you to send me any and all pictures of your pets in their Birch Tree gear so I can feature it on my website! What each box includes:

These are $75 a box, porch pickups are available or shipping can be arranged at an additional cost

Almost all of the content I post lately is dog content so I figured this was a nice change.

Before becoming a crazy dog mom I was the crazy horse girl 🐴. I rode horses for years and spent my summers at the barn volunteering my time for extra riding lessons. Although life has gotten busier for me I’m so happy that I can still connect to the horse world through this business.

Happy Friday! We made it!

How unbeleafable is this picture of .thechocolatelab? This layered collar and grab handle leash set is just so perfect for the fall and looks amazing on him 🍁.

We’re heading into the Christmas season and I want to send out a gentle reminder to start shopping early from us small businesses. I’ll be announcing my official cutoff date for Christmas orders this week but it’s looking like November 15th. I’m also planning to take some time off in December to relax and spend time with family so I’ll be closing my shop for a couple weeks at some point so I’ll keep you posted on that as well.

I’m having so much fun making these layered collars! I should be getting a Biothane shipment today containing red, wine, and dark brown material to add to the base colours.

SHOP UPDATE 🏕
I just got home from camping with the family, it was Skye’s first big camping trip! We had very limited signal the past couple of days due to being on an island in the middle of nowhere but I’m catching up on messages between today and tomorrow (no thanks to Instagram and Facebook crashing today 😅. If you haven’t heard from me I’ll be in touch soon!

So proud of these girls for being the best camping pups I coulda so for 🛶.

Happy Monday! I had a super busy weekend pushing through orders! I’ll be leaving for vacation in a few days (Thursday to Tuesday) and I need to send out all orders due during that time.

One of the orders was this pair of 1.5” layered collars and I’m so happy with how they turned out so I’ll be adding layered collars to my Etsy shop soon!

Here is and her little brother Kaneki modelling their bright grab handle leashes. For Kaneki we consulted and made him a smaller 1/2” leash because he’s still growing. I have quite a bit of 1/2” material in stock for smaller sized leashes and doggos. Feel free to message me with custom requests!

How is August almost over?! I feel like summer just started, and while I’m planning on making the most of what’s left of it, I’m definitely looking forward to all the Fall things like plaid, sweaters, campfires, pumpkin spice, and leaves. Happy Friday before the long weekend frens! 🎉 I’ve been really busy behind the scenes so I’ve fallen down on Instagram a bit. Things can get a little hectic between work, my business, and general life stuff but I’m working on dedicating more time to Birch Tree Creations moving forward.

I’ve been working extremely hard these past couple weeks and have so many orders going out today and I’m just so grateful for your love and support. Pictured is a 1.5” Layered Collar with Lavender base and steel accent and silver hardware with rivets all the way around.

I’m just starting to get into 1.5” material so colours and hardware are limited at this time, but if you prefer a wider collar (like me because my dogs are actually giraffes) just send me a direct message and we can consult on a custom order 😊.
