I had the privilege of being Daisy's first groomer at 4.5 months 😊. Her mommy was holding her most of the time so she wasn't scared. Such a good girl, except she was biting at the clippers and scissors as I tried grooming her face 🦈 🤷‍♀️.

Before and after, a 5lb Yorkie mix. She is 14. She hates every part of grooming and wiggles non stop. Takes me 3.5 hrs to groom her, wears me out more than a full day of walking 😂. And she still needs some touching up 🫣

February 7th, my friend Olle passed away 😥. He was 12, a good age for a Great Dane Shepherd mix. A testament of the good care and the abundance of love he received from his whole family. He was a shelter dog who really lucked out. I had been visiting him at noon every day to give him a pill, small lunch and help him go outside. His last couple months, he declined, and passed at home in the morning while his mom and dad were there. I'm still in tears when I think of him, how stoic he has been despite multiple health problems 🤍. RIP my friend 🪽🐾

My little friend Mishka. She is a champ with the laser pointer. With those fat polydactyl paws, I have no doubt she would make a lethal hunter 😺

Fudge, senior Vizsla male. And Blu, female Siamese. Fudge is a funny dog, hides when I come in. But once on leash he's so happy and eager to go for walk.

Maggie, senior maltese mix. She was very attached to her mom, but mom was 90 years old and couldn't walk her any more. Many days the 3 of us would walk together, with me handling Maggie.

Milan, female boxer mix. She's a big girl, and super stubborn. So attached to her mom, nobody else can can walk her for long. She has a boundary she won't go far from home unless mom is present. She did not want to walk with me, a stranger. I can be very persuasive, but you can see the look on her face, she ain't buying it 😂

Princess Peach (left) and Pistachio, Lionhead bunnies. They were rescued recently, very skittish. I hope one day they'll at least let me touch them 😕. They look so cuddly.

Charlie and his brother Snoopy had this coming 🙄. Both boys were so combative and ill behaved, now they are suspended, muzzled and slightly sedated for nail time. Their dad built this contraption, bought the sling from Amazon. Nail time was so much easier! No crying and screaming either. Just didn't matter to these boys how many times I did their nails, how gentle I was or how many treats they got 😕.

I was doing a vacation sit for two dogs. On the last day, I picked up the back yard and dropped the bag in the bin. Someone snarled at me. This poor juvenile was so miserable, who knows how long it had been trapped 🙁. I tipped the bin and it ran off.

Coco (left) and Lucy, rescue cats, very skittish. Lucy took a lot less time to warm up to me than Coco. With her, I think it was about a dozen visits before she would let me pet her. I'm so happy that they no longer fear me 😊

Cooper is Shadow's successor 💙 5 years old, picked up as a stray. He was at a foster home in North Carolina. Such a good boy already 😊

Anyone with dogs who get chronic ear infections, try this stuff. The last dog I had with allergies, zymox worked like a charm. Really reduced the flare ups. Still have to keep ears clean though.

Shadow, senior male shepherd mix. Big boy, but one of the easiest dogs to manage. So well mannered, he would even give me his paws to wipe. Using the nail grinder was super easy, so cooperative. Unfortunately he passed away from old age. RIP Shadow.

Snoopy, 2 year old English white lab. He's like my third dog, I walk him in the morning, 7 days a week, and several evenings a week too. He's made about a dozen friends, gets invited to parties and play dates. He used to be a bit overweight, but I walk him up to 5km a day, now he's super fit.

Melo, 1 year old male labradoodle. One of my most energetic clients. He failed daycare because he was just way too high energy for all the other dogs. I taught him to lunge like a horse just to give him a good run. Also found him a couple friends he can knock around with.

Olle, senior male great dane/shepherd mix. He has mobility issues, so has to wear a back harness. He can't stand up by himself, but just needs me to scoop up his back end and steady him. Sometimes his legs buckle while we're out, but holding the back harness helps to keep him from falling down.
