– We send our FISH and supplies across Canada. To your nearest Airport
– All prices include taxes and are for each.
– 150$ minimum order for air delivery.
–We deliver to all the airports where West Jet Cargo flights
Shipping
– All orders will be free to pickup the day or the day after the arrival in Toronto at our Store Location.
– Delivery to your home is 20$ an hour time we need to deliver and return. For example, if you live 30 minutes from us, delivery will cost you 20$ (2 x 30mins).
– For a long drive, we can send your order by carrier. By airplane, the price per fish starts at 100$ on average across Canada.
-We guarantee delivery of live fish on arrival. You Must pick up the fish from the airport in a window time not longer that 2 hours of arrival. A photo of dead fish within 2 hours after receiving is required for a replacement, excluding non-refundable shipping charges. That happens very rarely, only in case of transport problems. Payment
– If you pickup your order or we delivery ourselves, we require payment in FULL of your order by Interac bank transfer, credit card through Paypal (+ 2.9% Paypal fees). Payment with Paypal can be done without Paypal account. This deposit is not refundable unless canceled by us. The Delivery fees have to be paid the day before the delivery to your destination.
– If we send your order by carrier, your entire order is to be paid. If you cancel your order, we keep half the amount of your order; the other half will be refunded. All will be refunded if the cancellation comes from us.
