After giving it A LOT of thought, I have decided to retire TOPAZ’s last-remaining breeding female Nukka. This will inevitably put TOPAZ into holding pattern for at least the next 2 years, while I seek out the next show/breed prospects to move my breeding program forward.

It’s not an easy decision, but a necessary one to steer my program back to the size, structure and temperament I want to see in the Klee Kai I produce.

I have not decided about Nukka’s retirement placement yet. She may stay with me or she may not. If a large standard adult Klee Kai, who is crazy smart and high energy, is what you seek, I’d be happy to initiate a conversation.

Idiot Nukka decided that dark chocolate covered mangoes were a good human snack to raid, which landed her at the emergency vet with chocolate poisoning.

After an evening and overnight of major bouts of vomiting, she’s now getting gutloaded with activated charcoal.

I’ve never realized how huge a 60ml syringe is, until now 😬
