CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!

TODAY at 2pm!!

Bring a shovel, wheelbarrow and/or a rake!

We have had several loads of wood chips dumped outside the dog park which we want to move inside and disperse. This helps reduce the muddiness of the park in the spring!

I have an update from Trixie-Mae: “Hi fur-friends, my hooman parents and I are doing well. We all miss you. I especially miss Scout, Willow, Rory, and lots more. My dad has taken a new job at work, this means I get to come play more often this year. Can’t wait to come say hi, catch up and maybe even take a few leashes of the benches and run away.”

St Joseph’s Ukrainian Catholic Church located at 300 River Oaks Blvd
and Trafalgar Rd in Oakville has a container leaving THIS Friday to help
people and pets n Ukraine. Cut off for donations is 5 pm daily. Drop off
is at the church office daily. They are accepting all donations of dog and
cat food as well as donations for people- especially hats , warm gloves
and mittens for adults and children / over the counter health and wellness
supplies /flashlights and batteries. DO YOUR PART and reach out with your
donation. For more information contact the church office directly at

Thanks to all our friends who helped out Saturday with the woodchip spreading event. It was a tad cold, and a little muddy, but you guys came through and got er done! Thanks folks you Rock!

Garnetwood Unleashed cutie of the day!

Name: Chase
Breed: German Shorthaired Pointer
Age: 7 Months

Chase loves to "chase" other dogs. He has this nack of taking off other dogs' collars.
He's a bit cautious when entering the park and meeting up with the "Gang" but soon thereafter he forgets about his mom and takes off on his journey to meet new dogs.

Side note: He is loveable Scout's half brother...they have the same mother!
