This quick video from one of our Perfect Puppies 101 🐶 classes today captures a great example of what makes a great dog trainer great! 😋 Though our trainer Ali is focused on teaching Trixie and everyone else in the class the importance of ‘Touch’, she is at the same time very closely paying attention to how the puppy she is working with is feeling at that particular moment. And so as Ali notices that Trixie is having a bit of a tough time learning a new skill in front of everyone, Ali immediately decides to make things a little easier for Trixie by bringing her to a more familiar and comforting environment, in this case her mat next to her family, and follow through with the exercise all the way to success! 🐾 Well done you two!! 🤩

Who is Pawsitive Plus?

The team of trainers at Pawsitive Plus have the knowledge to transform your dog’s unwanted behaviours into focused, positive activities and actions. We have years of experience training dogs using Grisha Stewart’s BAT (Behaviour Adjustment Training) method and always use the most current and scientifically proven methods for all clients. We offer a variety of group classes for puppies all the way to adult dogs on the topics of basic obedience, walking, fun games like nosework. We also regularly offer workshops and seminars covering all these topics.
