Powerhouse PVC cages are the only patented product of its kind, so be wary of those imposters who claim to use PVC, but in fact use a material that is very flammable and dangerous for your reptile. Use authentic Powerhouse PVC cages with the assurance that your Reptile will be safe and healthy in their enclosure. The cages are built with CNC machined grooves and are constructed using one sheet of thermo-formed PVC for durability and strength. They can be stacked five cages high without bowing, and are waterproof and fire retardant. These cages are ideal for all snakes, geckos and lizards as their design maintains prime ambient air conditions in the enclosure, where it will most benefit your pet. Powerhouse PVC cages are built to last. Constructed using one sheet of lightweight high quality PVC expanded (PVCX) material with CNC machines, each unit is thermo-formed for strength and durability. PVCX is a high density, expanded polyvinyl chloride that is lightweight yet resilient. The interior of the sheet is porous, but the surface is smooth and hard with a matte finish. The cages are tough and versatile, with good sound dampening and thermal insulation to maintain the ideal environment for your reptile. Resistant to many chemicals and water, preventing premature corrosion, the cages will last a lifetime. They are also as harmless to your pet as they are to humans and the environment. Powerhouse PVC cages are free of lead, cadmium and barium; complying with national and international health and environmental regulations. The cages can be stacked five units high without any bowing and are fire retardant. All cages are equipped with a full set of durable and lockable metal hardware to maintain the shape of the acrylic doors under high heat and maximize the safety of your reptile. Heat Flow:
PVC cages are built with expanded PVC material, which provides even heat flow. Vents have been placed in perfect locations accompanied with proper gaps in the doors, generating a perfect air flow. Our PVC cages are easily heated without any drilling required. All you require is heat tape or a heat mat to be stuck on the underside of the cage, placing where you require your hot spot to be, making it a plug-and-play enclosure. Some would prefer radiant heat panels, which do require some drilling. Drilling instructions are on the user guide that comes with every cage. Misting Systems:
Our PVC cages can be equipped with a misting system as they are waterproof, creating a perfect rainforest environment without any corrosion.
