🧘♀️ A Calming Station is an Emotional Regulation exercise that encourages your dog to to use their 👃, 👀, and 👂 to 'read' their environment, without adding motion or any social pressure.
🚸 Pick a spot to plant your feet in a high foot traffic area, (unless your dog is reactive) before a walk, or as a walk replacement. Wait for their engagement before finishing this exercise.
Suggested Spots:
🏠 In front of your house,
🛝 At a park,
🚘 At a pet store, department store, or grocery store parking lot.
