It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mrs. Elizabeth Galway. She was an integral part of the business operations when Terra Nova Trusses was founded along side her husband Denis P Galway. She was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed.

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Elizabeth Galway (nee Murray) of Fox Harbor, Placentia Bay on Sunday March 26, 2023 at the age of 97.

Over 40 years in the business

We are a Newfoundland owned and operated company incorporated in 1976. In 1994, the company was sold to Denis and Frank Galway. We operate a 16,000 sq. ft manufacturing plant in the city of Mount Pearl, and employ 15 full and part-time employees.

We manufacture Roof and Floor Trusses for the residential, commercial, and agriculture sectors. We are also distributors of Wood I Joists, Laminated Veneer Lumber Beams, and accessories such as Steel Posts, Truss Fasteners and a large selection of Hangers.

In 2005, we installed the latest truss and saw technology, which has helped us increase our production capacity, and has also delivered improvements in both our quality, and our delivery times. We look forward to helping you with your build!
