Each season we set a goal for the number of full run throughs we’ll complete before Nationals - this morning, we hit our goal! 🥳

We’ve skated this program 70 times so far, and in a little over 2 weeks we get to do it on the big stage! We can’t wait 🤩

We had so much fun competing at Elizabeth Swan yesterday! We reached a new personal best score (103.80) and got to cheer on the many incredible teams across our province! We also received the Fitzpatrick Feather, awarded to the team with the highest GOE in the competition. Thank you .russell.fitzpatrick - we always look forward to seeing you at this event 🥰

Congratulations to everyone who competed this weekend, and thanks to and for a wonderful event.

We are so proud of our first skate at Synchro Series 2 yesterday! We are sitting in first place going into our second skate - the Open category begins at 2:34 NL and we skate last at 3:58 NL 🎨

It’s ✨finally✨ competition season!! We’ll be filming our competition skates this weekend for Atlantic Regionals happening in New Brunswick later this month.

Come out and support the Skate NL Novice, Gold and Open teams as we compete to qualify for the 2025 Canada Cup!

We skate at 5:05 on Saturday at Jack Byrne and 4:45 on Sunday at the Paradise Double Ice Complex - see you there!

We are so grateful for everything this last year has given us! We’ve learned, grown, and we’ve had so much fun along the way.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year 🎄 Join us on Saturday, December 21st for our 4th annual “Mary Browns Classic” showcase!

This is one of our favorite events of the year, and we can’t wait to perform our program for our family and friends as we head into competition season. We are so excited to be joined by and this year!

In the season of giving, we are kindly accepting donations to the Iris Kirby House (a list of recommendations can be found on the second slide). We hope to see you there! 💫

The Mount-Pearl Paradise Open Starlites Synchronized Skating Team are so excited to be presenting the first ever Starlites Holiday Fair!

This event will be hosted at the Church of the Ascension (58 Smallwood Drive, Mount Pearl) on Saturday, November 16th from 10am-4pm. We have space for 30 vendors at $25 a table. Wifi access will be available. We will be reviewing all applications and getting in contact with applicants on their status as quickly as possible. Admission for customers will be by donation to the team.

While this is our first fair, we look forward to welcoming many vendors and businesses! We have many plans for promoting the event on social media and within the community!

Happy coaches week to all of the incredible coaches in our circle! Our team doesn’t have a dedicated coach - instead, we have 20(+) 🥰

In 2019 we became a self-coached team. This has fostered a culture of responsibility and accountability. We have to push ourselves and each other because there is no dedicated coach to push us. It necessitates hours of video review, strategic planning and collaboration. Our approach requires each of us to step up and be leaders, and to provide constructive feedback to our teammates. It’s unique and challenging, but it works for us!

This team-coaching approach only works because of the incredible coaches around us! Our choreographer , our technical resource and team mentor , and our teammates who all step up in their own way. We have had the opportunity to work with and learn from many incredible coaches over the years - on our team, at our club, throughout our province and across the country. Thank you for everything you give to the sport. We love you! 💖
