Job Opportunity
We are a busy, three veterinarian small animal practice that is looking to expand in 2025. Most of our team members have been with us for many years and are highly experienced. They work well together and enjoy coming to work every day. Our technicians are very skilled and kept busy.

We have a full-time position (40 hr/week) available immediately for a Registered Veterinary Technician to cover a leave of absence until June 2025, with the possibility of this becoming a permanent position. Candidate must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, overnight shifts included, when our clinic is on call. We offer a continuing education allowance, opportunities to attend local CE events, EVTA paid membership, medical and dental insurance, uniform allowance, paid vacation, sick days, and a generous employee discount. Remuneration is based on experience.

Captain (Dr. Veitch’s kitty) came in this week to have a minor procedure performed! While he was waiting around he found a great bed on our heated water table that was seat up for our dental patient! He was very relaxed awaiting his turn! 😹❤️

Last weekend Zeppelin was busy competing in the first ever CARO competition in NL. He had lots of fun. He earned his Novice and Novice Team titles. He even passed one of the working class events in directed jumping. Dr McKeown is the proud mom of this 1 1/2 year old standard poodle.
CARO (Canadian association of rally obedience) and CKC Rally are super fun sports that you can do with your dog. If running an agility course is not your thing, then these may be great sports to try out.
