Due to an increase in late pickups, we are now implementing a late pickup fee.
If you are given a time at which to pick up your dog and you are more than ten minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $20.
If you are waiting for a call or text to let you know your dog is done, you will be charged a late fee of $20 if you are more than half an hour past receiving the text or call.
We try to do 1-on-1 grooming for less stress on the dogs and when dogs are left here for a long time it is stressful to them (and us!) when they bark and whine waiting to be picked up. We also are a small salon with not much space for dogs to remain waiting for hours.
If you have an emergency or unexpected delay we understand that life happens but please let us know so we aren’t sitting here with a whining dog wondering where you are!
The late fee also does not apply if you have cleared your later pickup time with your groomer beforehand. There are times when we can have a dog for longer, or it’s a dog that is calm and quiet in the kennel and it won’t stress them to be here a bit longer, but you must let us know in advance.
