The Nanton & District Animal Protection Society (NAPS) uses social media to publically promote NAPS programs as well as post messages, links, photos, and videos relating to programs, events, activities, and stories that NAPS believes to be of interest to individuals that visit NAPS’ various social media pages. NAPS is not liable for any errors or omissions
on its social media pages, or for any loss or damages suffered as a result of any content appearing on or posted to NAPS’ social media pages. To confirm, NAPS is not responsible for any content posted by others, and any such content including comments, images, videos, photos, and/or links are the responsibility of the individual that posted the content. To protect your privacy while using social media websites, please do not post personal information including addresses, phone numbers, emails, or other personally identifiable information. Individuals are responsible for ensuring that posted content is not prohibited by law and users of social media websites are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific social media website. To confirm, individuals use social media and post content at their own risk and have no right or claim against NAPS related such use. NAPS is not able to and will not respond to all messages, comments, or other posted content received via social media. NAPS has the right to respond to, edit, or delete any content on its social media pages as well as block any user that posts content that NAPS, in their sole discretion, considers inappropriate. NAPS requires that all posted content, messages, conversations, and comments be respectful as well as relevant to topics on the NAPS social media pages. To confirm, NAPS social media pages are monitored and any inappropriate content may be removed and/or reported, including but not limited to:
• Offensive, profane, hateful, disrespectful, abusive, rude, explicit, or otherwise
uncivil content;
• Content that promotes or perpetuates discrimination;
• Personal attacks, defamatory comments, or complaints against an individual;
• Advertising, campaigning, marketing, or financial solicitation;
• Content that encourages or promotes illegal activity;
• Content posted by spam, anonymous users, or robot accounts;
• Any other content that violates the social media website’s policies, terms of use,
