With Christmas just around the corner, spots are filling up quickly. I have very limited appointments available in the coming weeks. Also filling up for January, so if possible please book in advance. I always try to leave a few spots for those who can't book early. Please note I'm currently unable to accommodate new clients at this time.

Just a quick reminder, I only can accommodate scheduled appointments. I've recently had a number of clients show up for appointments that weren't scheduled,('quick nail trims etc'). I work alone and with a limited number of pets, so every time someone knocks on the door it takes time away from what I'm doing and also upsets some of the dogs in my care. I have a strategic schedule based on who can tolerate who, and work with many reactive and senior dogs who don't do well with interruptions. I hope everyone can understand. I have been considering offering a 'nail day' once a month to accommodate just nail trims, but need to see if this is something that would work for everyone. I love what I do and strive to provide a quiet, comfortable space. Thanks in advance everyone.

Critter Comforts is a local business and has been in Napanee for the last 7 years! Having been a vet tech and a groomer, I have a plenty of knowledge which I would love to share with each one of you. Owning the store is not just a "job" to me, rather something that I love doing, and look forward to. I am more concerned about providing the best care for your animal.

The "best" does not mean the most expensive bag of food, but rather what your pet could thrive on. With a variety of different cat & dog food, there is many different options to help tailor a diet that works and I am happy to help!
