Hi Katherine,
I would just like to thank you again for the session I had with you last week after Stella passed. It was very important.
And here’s one of my favorite pictures of her that I took.
Warm Regards,

One of the most profound exercises I have learned as an animal communicator is to walk into Nature holding the belief or mantra that Consciousness Is All Around Me. I go for long walks into the woods holding this thought and asking a question, if I feel stuck. Something unusual, magical and healing usually happens. When I can't go for a walk, I just repeat the mantra Consciousness Is All Around Me, wherever I may be. Lately, wildlife has been coming to me sharing their shamanic medicine and wisdom. Today on my drive home from visiting my horses, I repeated this mantra and look who showed up. What impressive antlers! https://www.shamanicjourney.com/elk-power-animal-symbol-of-stamina-strength-agility

When the first plane hit the World Trade Center on the morning of 9/11, Roselle, a guide dog, was calmly sleeping under her owner's desk on the 78th floor of Tower One.
Her owner, Michael Hingson, is blind. He didn't see what was happening, but he heard the explosion and felt the building shake.
People around them started to panic, but Roselle didn’t.
She stood up, focused, and waited for Michael’s command.
Together, they began the long, tense walk down 78 flights of stairs.
The stairwell was packed. It was hot, crowded, and filled with the smell of jet fuel. But Roselle never flinched.
She led Michael carefully, step by step, as people moved aside to let them through. Some even followed her lead.
It took nearly an hour. And just after they got outside, Tower Two collapsed.
Debris rained down, and everything turned to darkness. But Roselle stayed calm and continued guiding Michael until they reached safety.
She worked through smoke, sirens, chaos, and confusion and never once breaking her focus.
Roselle’s story became one of the most remarkable examples of loyalty and courage from that day.
She wasn’t trained for disaster response.
She was just doing her job, and she did it perfectly.
In 2011, she was posthumously awarded the Dickin Medal, the highest honor for animal bravery in the UK.

Most of physical reality is invisible to us, according to science.

95% of the cosmos may be forever beyond our ability to sense or detect it.

Our eyes detect light within a narrow range of 380-770 nanometers, while our ears register sound between 20 Hz and 20 kHz.

Beyond these limits, ultraviolet and infrared light remain invisible, and ultrasonic or infrasonic sounds go unheard. Yet, these unseen and unheard frequencies exist all around us, influencing nature and our bodies in ways we may not realize.

From radio waves to deep-sea whale calls, countless signals move through the air and environment, unnoticed by human senses. Modern technology, like infrared cameras and ultrasonic sensors, helps bridge this sensory gap, revealing an unseen world filled with vital information. Still, what else might we be missing?

For example, neutrinos are abundant subatomic particles that pass through almost everything — including our bodies — and only very rarely interact with matter.

And we haven't even started to talk about things like dark matter and dark energy.

Researchers at Princeton have uncovered evidence that the human brain emits ultra-low-frequency electromagnetic waves capable of linking into a kind of global neural network.

These faint signals appear able to influence other people’s brain activity from as far as 10,000 kilometers away, raising the possibility that human consciousness is subtly interconnected on a planetary scale.

The discovery adds to growing research showing that the brain communicates not only through neurons but also through weak electromagnetic fields. Scientists believe these fields may help explain phenomena like empathy, intuition, and synchronized group behavior.

Experiments even suggest that when one person meditates or focuses deeply, others—nearby or far away—can experience slight shifts in their brainwave patterns, pointing to a hidden layer of human connection that science is only beginning to uncover.

Seahorses show extraordinary loyalty through a morning ritual that looks like an underwater dance. Bonded pairs intertwine tails, shift colors, and glide in synchronized patterns—sometimes resembling a tender hug. Scientists say this daily ritual not only deepens their monogamous bond but also synchronizes reproductive cycles, ensuring males are ready to carry eggs in their brood pouch. Though lasting just minutes, the graceful display is key to their connection and survival.

Debra Easton and I had a big adventure this week with a momma and baby moose! It began on Debbie’s birthday when we arrived at the acreage to see a female moose 25 feet from the house. She slowly walked on to reveal a newborn baby in tow. The mother moved along and we didn’t see the pair for a few days until late this afternoon. We were walking the perimeter checking the fencing and removing fallen trees. As we walked east we heard a strange sound and the crunching of breaking branches. There was the momma moose! We noticed a strange movement on the ground and looked closer. The baby was caught up in the fence. Debbie walked towards the baby to free her while I kept watch. the momma stayed near but was not hostile towards us. We freed the baby’s leg but she didn’t walk or run away. The momma left and baby couldn’t walk. We were concerned about the baby being vulnerable to predators. She let us pick her up! We drove her to the Alberta Institute of Wildlife Conservation. We are hoping her injuries are minor so she can be brought back to the acreage soon and reunite with her mom.

Our Story

This is a spiritual practice with the intent to facilitate kindness, respect and compassion for humanity, nature and the animal kingdom.

As an animal communicator, I draw on my intuition to assess the emotional, social and psychological landscape of the animal. I take a holistic approach to bring resolution, so I recommend flower essences, meditations, training techniques and other non-invasive tools.
