Job Title: Dog Daycare Facility Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dog Daycare Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dog daycare facility Monday through Friday. This role involves managing a team, ensuring the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The Facility Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing scheduling, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and implementing effective care routines for the dogs. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for working with animals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the daycare facility
Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality care and safety standards
Develop and implement dog care routines and activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Manage client communications, scheduling, and inquiries
Handle administrative tasks including staff schedules and inventory management
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for animal care
Qualifications:
Prior experience in animal care or a management role preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passion for working with dogs and providing excellent service
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
