All of our kennel spaces December 23 to 26 are taken.
If your pup is crate trained, has stayed with us before and is dog social, we can consider adding them to our holiday schedule as a crated guest. I've been fostering dogs for ALPL and Rescue Society for a few years. Bella has been with me since November 4, 2023. It's taken a long time to find the perfect home for her. On Sunday she'll be off to join a farm family in a remote community in northern Alberta. She's one lucky girl and so are they. This is the first time, I'm feeling emotional about saying farewell to a foster. She and my grandson have forged a strong bond. I wish his family could have been her forever family, but their circumstances do not allow for a dog at this time. Fare Thee Well, sweet girl. (Yes, she's been brushed since this picture was taken in the spring.)

We took some of the boarding friends to our private dog park this evening. Super fun time for all. One of the best rewards is seeing dogs loving the freedom a wide open space brings. With nine dogs enjoying the water, it got stirred up. But it's clean and safe, just murky with all the fun.

It's definitely the dog days of summer with our +30 C temps. Doggos are outside for a bit then inside to rest and cool off. DogLandia is completely booked for all of July into mid August. Limited space available during the last two weeks of August.
