Once upon a time we were so lucky to have met Maddie.

Maddie was one of those ridonkulously lucky fuzzbutts who was adopted into a family that absolutely adored her. It was a match made in heaven 😍

Her personality was so sweet and it was easy to fall in love with her long nose and short little legs. Watching her run and play with the other dogs in our care was always entertaining because she’d have to bounce quite a bit to keep up with the big dogs and the small dogs weren’t usually rowdy enough to keep up 😂 She was truly unique from her appearance to her personality and it was hard not to smile around her so… you just always did 🤷‍♀️

Maddie recently crossed the rainbow bridge 💔 It’s been an honour to be a part of her extended family and her little New Westminster journey. Losing clients never becomes normal to me. At some point you accept that you’re going to experience this type of heartbreak often, especially as you near 10 years of business, but it never feels “normal”.

Remembering Maddie on this sunny fall day, and all our other fuzzbutt friends who are no longer with us, at least in the physical sense 🌈✨🐶
