Grooming with Compassion
Having been grooming for 19yrs, 8 in Toronto and 11 in Barrie, I’m excited to be able to now groom in Newmarket. And to be able to groom in my very own cozy grooming room is a dream. Continuing my passion for working with pets in a more calm and relaxing atmosphere than the busy hustle and bustle of a typical grooming salon is what I’ve work so hard all these years to achieve.
I pride myself on taking time to get to know each dog and their family individually by establishing a friendship and most importantly a trust. I believe patience and understanding goes a very long way and is absolutely crucial when working with our fur babies.
The way I work is on a by appointment only basis and each dog goes home as soon as its ready so there is little to no waiting time. I do use kennels as I am a firm believer that safety is the best policy while dogs are in my care. However their kennel time is very minimal as they are not here longer than their individual groom takes, as I do not do day care, or day boarding. My come in, get groomed, go home, routine with my dogs keeps anxiety to a minimum and results in happier dogs. Especially with older dogs, dogs who are timid and shy, and puppies.
