I made this mint green-coloured Goat milk & Honey soap to try out a new mold that had just came in. I used a Sweet Pea fragrance oil (B*W version) to compliment the pure sweetness of The Fairy & Butterfly image, and packaged it in a clear bag secured with white grosgrain ribbon and a clear crystal butterfly pendant ❤️ I gave it to the young daughter of a summer Honey Hut customer this past summer 😋🤗

So, what‘s the deal with Beeswax Candles?
…. here’s some background info on my beeswax candle making hobby.

I make candles as orders are received, I don’t have a ready made supply on hand and have only one mold (because they are pricey).

Beeswax candles are made in my kitchen. Wax cooling off time is dependant on candle size which limits how many I can make in a day.

A lot of work is involved to get beeswax filtered into a clean, candle-worthy state.

Bees can only make so much wax, therefore Beeswax from our own Apiary is extremely limited. To avoid running out I buy 100% pure Ontario Beeswax, in bulk for best price, albeit the weight affects shipping costs.

I price each candle based on its weight.

These 2 cute little bear candles weigh approximately 50 grams each, stand
2 1/4“ in height, and are priced at $5 each.

The big bear weighs 250 grams, stands
3 ¾“ in height, and is priced at $20.

One of a kind “Bloody Skull” ~ my latest kookoobees’ Hallowe’en Novelty soap is now at my honey cupboard, Free when you buy any size jar honey. WARNING - this soap bleeds red when wet; best used as a hand soap or without a wash cloth as it will stain. * I made only one of these * Scented with dupe version of Sol De Janeiros “Brazilian Crush” fragrance oil.
