Please be sure to get a hold of your preferred clinic early this week if you need any food or medications ordered before Easter! We will be closed for Good Friday, which makes this a short week, and back open on Monday for your next available pick up. Wishing everyone a very Happy Easter!!

We are very sad to have to implement such a policy, but the amount of untimely cancellations and no-shows that we have experienced the past while has been extremely detrimental to the flow of our clinic. As many of you have witnessed, our wait times for appointments and surgeries are at an all time high. We do our best to make cancellation lists in order to try and accommodate our far-booked clients, but that is very hard to do with little or no notice. It is a phenomenal waste of time when a no-show occurs, and is not fair to a dog or cat that could have been seen and feeling better earlier, but now has to keep waiting.

*If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you may be subject to a cancellation fee*

Of course we understand that "life" and weather happen - some things are inevitable and will not be penalized. But please be courteous. If you cannot make your appointment, someone else can.

For the majority of our clients that got the 3 month Bravecto treatment for their pets in the beginning of April, it is time for your next dose!

Please keep in mind that some tick medications are prescription only, and we are unable to sell them unless we have a VPCR (Valid Client Patient Relationship). However, we do have select canine options available for those pets we have not seen in a while or at all! If you have any questions about what tick medication is right for your pet, please stop in or give us a call! 🐾🕷
