It's officially Black Friday!! And we lots of people claiming their free mat time right now.

We have also had some great questions being asked about trial packages, so I wanted to clarify things for everyone 😊

Question:
Do I have to use all my mat time in one booking?

Answer:
No! Definitely not. You can divide your mat time into several sessions. Mat time is bookable in 15 minute increments, minimum booking time is 30 minutes, maximum booking time is 2 hours.

Question:
Can I share my mat time with someone?

Answer:
Yes! If you and a friend both have mat time on account, you can book your sessions back to back and practice together through both of them. Up to 3 people can practice together. If you have a friend without their own mat time on file that you'd like to bring with you, we can add them to your booking account and you can share all your mat time. Just email us to request this.

Does my mat time expire?

Answer:
Mat time is usable on account for the entirety of 2025. At the end of the year it will expire from your account.

Question:
How do I book mat time?

Answer:
All mat time bookings are done through our custom Free Spirit Dogs app. We will send you all the info on how to use the app as well as an invitation to set up your own booking profile on Dec 6, 2024.

Question:
When is mat time available?

Answer:
We have quite a lot of availability because we have a self serve access system for the arena - this means we don't need to coordinate a Free Spirit staff member to meet you there. You will be able to book times starting at 6am each day and access the arena on your own at your booking time. Mat time is bookable 11pm in the evening. The facility is available for booking anytime we do not have classes, seminars, cleaning/maintenance, or trials running.

Question:
Can trial packages be shared between multiple dogs?

Answer:
Yes! Each pass can be shared between multiple dogs in a single event. For example, a weekend pass contains 10 runs, those runs can be shared between multiple dogs at the same weekend trial. The pass cannot be divided into two and used at two different weekend trials. Same goes for weekday Thursday passes.
