Ren's K9 Bed & Bath is a boarding, daycare and grooming facility for dogs. For the older, quiet dogs there is plenty of room and cozy spots to take long naps throughout the day. For the adventure seeker, there is a mixed terrain of fields, woods and water to exhaust all that energy. The cage free environment gives it a home away from home feel. With the exception of feeding times or if your loved

one is crate trained at night, nobody is kenneled during their vacation and are free to mingle and play and sleep the nights away stretched out on beds and couches. Each furry friend will be treated with the individuality of their personality and will tailor their vacation to their specific interests and needs. While you are away, you can rest assured that your loved one will be treated like one of the family. As a certified pet groomer i can groom any size and breed to your preference and to suit their personality (even if that means a mohawk).

We had a "microburst" type of event travel in a line through the property on Thursday evening. It took out some shingles from some outbuildings and ripped off some tall red pines half way up.

Myself and the dogs were completely safe but I just wanted to give a shout out to those who helped with or offered help with the aftermath.

My mom, as usual 😁 always there for me, sawing wood with me at 74 years old. Pat Kavanagh of Apex Timber tree service was here the next morning climbing up those tall red pines. Jack Moriarty of Bang On Construction up on the roof of the outbuilding. The Winters and my other wonderful clients for their support and understanding when I have to change things around a bit.

Hello everyone!!
I just want to put out a few reminders to help make the booking, drop off and pick up process easier for everyone.

1. VACCINE reminder: please send me a picture of your pup's updated vaccine record when you leave the vet office. You will have it available at that time and I'll have it on hand for when they are coming here. By doing this, you will avoid last minute scrambling to find the paperwork or having to get a hold of the vet last minute to get the paperwork, or even worse, having to try and get into the vet last minute because they are overdue.

2. DIGESTION time: please ensure that your pup has not eaten 1½ - 2 hours prior to them being dropped off here. Even if they are free fed, please pick up their bowl. By doing this, it will ensure a good digestion time prior to playing and running. This is very important for their health and safety to aid in preventing serious issues like bloat.

3. BOOKING dates: when booking the dates of your pup's stay please keep in mind your flight or game times and possible weather. This may mean adding an additional day after your flight or tournament so you can be available to pick them up at a good time. This will ensure a stress free situation so to not have to scramble for an alternate person to have to come and get them last minute. If you don't need that additional day then that's fine but at least it was an option.

4. DROP off & pick up times: the ideal time range for drop offs and pick ups are in between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. The latest I can allow pick up times is 6:30 pm but if it's between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm I need to know at the time of booking. That stretch is for feeding time and so I need to be prepared for that in advance.

I know I sound militant but these simple steps help create a less stressful travel for yourselves, a basic routine for myself and a safe and non disruptive time for the dogs. Any questions you can text me or put it in the comments ❤️
