The penning for tonight the 17th has been cancelled due to the wind chill. On the 24th we will not be penning/sorting. On the 31st New Years eve. we will be penning/sorting and the club will be suppling some meat, buns, cheese for you all to enjoy, please bring out family, friends, and enjoy riding, penning/sorting, or just sit up stairs and watch!!!! Bring some other snackies if you wish-coffee will be on.

Terry Fox Trail Ride 2024 was a great success; we raised $1,575. Over the 43 years the BQHC has organized the ride we have donated over $80,000. This is a letter we received earlier this year from the Terry Fox Foundation. Heart-warming!

Well, well, spring is coming and the season of sorting/penning is near to a close for us at the Sunshine Arena. This Tuesday night is sorting and the last Tuesday (26th) will be the last evening. It will be sorting this week and the final will be Penning etc!!!!! Can't say what!!!!!!!!!! We are planning a chili lunch for you all, and ask for any pot luck extras to come from you all that will be there, enjoying the fun or just watching the action. There is no year end awards this year, but we do have some other prizes to give out!!!!!!!!!! Come and join in on the fun and the lunch after , bring family and friends all are welcome to come.
See you all and have a great spring, summer and fall. We will meet again, in November 2024 to start all over, again!!!!!!!!!!!
