Hey folks!
Anyone looking to lend a hand in the community, please check out Open Arms: https://www.northeasthealthline.ca/displayservice.aspx?id=147274 where we are handing out meals to the community every Wednesday, there are ample times from 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. to volunteer. It is a great group of individuals, and you never leave feeling like you should not have come!
The Gathering Place: https://www.thegatheringplacenorthbay.ca/ where they are looking for volunteers for every other day of the week! You can sign up online for a shift that suits your availability.
Omond United Church of North Bay is a welcoming space that is always looking for volunteers, whether it be before or after service, as most of the churches around North Bay. This space with, Rev. Dr. Will Kunder is so welcoming each and every time we attend. My Grandmere would be rolling around in her grave, but it isn't preachy, nor stale. From bake sales to luncheons, they are always looking for extra hands!

We can make a difference, even if it's only an hour once a month. We can be the changes we wish to see in the world, and we can pass it on to those around us. So today, I am sharing with you. I have volunteered regularly now, and each and every time I learn something new, and I feel bad as I am gaining more than I can ever give.
