So It is official, the house is being used as a location in a TV series so we have to get used to its temporary new look, as well as a changing schedule on store opening hours We will be adjusting our hours around filming days, the first one being next week, so here is next weeks store hours schedule, with earlier openings on Wednesday and Friday to make up for being Closed on Thursday Sept 11th when they will actually be filming. Wednesday Sept 10th 9 - 5 Thursday Sept 11th CLOSED Friday Sept 12lth 9 - 5 Saturday 13th 9 - 5

More info under 'Livestock for sale'. Check out our new 'Sale Specials' page that currently lists various electric fence materials and chicken items on sale, discounted hays, and used gates available. This wonderful spring has brought many new additions to the farm. We have a new kitten, Four goslings, plus 4 more to day And a new hay option. We are trying a non-compressed 2nd cut Timothy from Washington. It comes to $34.50 per bale, more expensive than the compressed 2nd cut Timothy due to the increased freight costs compared to compressed bales. The test is available in our 'Hay Inventory' section.

We now have finished lambing with 23 happy healthy lambs - 16 GIRLS and 7 boys They look particularly beautiful with all the spring blossoms, especially the pink almond blossoms in the field by the road. Another bagged feed has made it to $20 - Alfalfa cubes (from Alfatec) are on sale for a month, to mid April. You can get a further 50c/bag discount when paying debit, cash or etransfer, a discount we always apply to help with your purchases on all our bagged feeds…...

We now have a bag of feed that has gone under $20... Beet pulp pellets now $18, made that welcome news for us all. Did you know all our livestock and pet food are made in Canada from Pro Form, Ritchie Smith, as well as dog treats from Granville Island Pet Treatery? The past couple weeks have brought us 13 lambs from 6 ewes of which 10 are girls!...
