Last weekend we attended AKC shows in Puyallup WA with Nigel (Honeybee-Ringo), Starr (Nigel’s sister), Tito (Loscanna-Reed) and Odessa.
Nigel won BOB over special in Terrier specialty, thank you judge Roberto Alvarez Marquez, and BW (judge Lee Whittier) for another point.
Starr won her first points by going BW over his brother (thank you Judges Jan Gladstone and Patricia Keenan)
Tito won RWD (judge Dianne Krall) for 5-point major and BW (thank you judge Suzanne Dillin) for his first 5-point major.
Odessa won 5-point GrCh major towards her GrChB under Suzanne Dillin
Nigel is Ridgefolk’s Honey Stuck on you by Max-Well
Starr is Ridgefolk’s Starr to Bee by Max-Well
Tito is CanCh Ridgefolk’s Jericho Moon
Proud of all these babies !!

Argos - the boy who started it all. He left me 6 years ago at age 13y2m but he made his mark in RR pedigrees around the world and took a big piece of my heart with him. He got his ROM this year in US. He is the dad of my Thia (she is now 13y1m) and Leon (soon 4y) grandpa to Walter, great granpa to Loscanna and Odessa, great great grandpa to Tito, Callie, Clint (and all their siblings) and so so many great dogs around the world. He was #1 RR in Canada 3 years in a row, his son Dante was #1 in Canada and his grandson Walter was #1 (and owner handled as well) and this year his great granddaughter is holding on #1 position as owner handled as well !! That is 4 generations of top RRs in Canada !!! The story of Argos, loyal hunting dog of Odysseus, whom my Argos was named after

Odessa is wearing her jammies as she has staples on her shoulder after cutting herself in the forest - sometimes all that fun has a price🤕 I am so glad I have such exceptional Norfolk-nurses to take care of her 😂

Good morning from Salt Lake City and RRCUS specialty show week! Today sweeps for Mr Tito (CanCh Ridgefolk’s Jericho Moon), Odessa and Honeybee will stay at the house we rent and enjoy the beautiful sunny day with daddy.

Today I decided we try something new with Odessa so we woke up before sunrise and drove to lure coursing trial. We waited for 5 hours for our singles run and this was it 😳😂😂 She chased the bag to the first corner where the judges and field officials were sitting and decided to go say hi to everyone - especially Carol-Ann, whose glasses she knocked off with her usual happy greeting 😬. Well - on to next performance, I just don’t know yet what it could be - maybe therapy dog - work would be the best suited for this crazy sweet girl ❤️ Oh-Dessa 😅

What makes this little breed so very special ? Besides them being EXTREMELY good gardeners, they are also the BEST guard dogs against any kind of evil - they let you know if there is a bird flying too close, cars on the road, people on their yards, squirrels in the trees - or ANY other unusual activity in the neighborhood 🙄🤪 They are also the smartest, funniest, happiest and cutest companions - they are always excited to go out for any reason, excited to do anything you are doing, car rides are the best but they are also happy to just sit on your lap and watch TV with you, look you in the eyes and tell how very special you are, no matter what has happened❤️ Norfolk terriers in a nutshell ❤️
