I have been working with my good friend, Vet, and previous yoga student, Dr. Cathy Kurtz, in order to offer the most stress free environment, hygienic/disease transmitting free cat boarding hotel possible. The hotel also works in house with Karina, an emergency vet assistant. I have attended dise

ase control seminars with her, and have been investigating cat behaviour and integration for years. I was a massage therapist for 20 years, and a yoga teacher. It is our aim to provide the best care for you and your cat, in order to keep your move, your trip, and cat, stress free. I offer Reiki healing sessions, and the PEMF healing mat to care for your cats. I am studying homeopathy and vibrational healing for cats that I will be integrating in my cat care.

CAT CAFE STYLE CAT BOARDING - Have you seen our new website and all the changes we're making? In addition to our private rooms, we've moved the cat cafe style accommodation to the upper level. We've added a private room that overlooks the upper social room for those who may be interested in integrating their cats, but still want a private room to start. We're continually upgrading the hotel esthetics. Our next project is to make theme rooms! Once you and your VIP's (Very Important Puss's) have been here and we agree they love it, we keep 80% of our high seasons available for you! (High season = Christmas, March break and Summer).

Welcome to Vancouver's only cat resort that offers in-person overnight care and customization to your cat's needs,  social or non social. Insulin, etc. We offer private rooms like all other Boarding facility's,(much larger) and cat caffe style boarding. Read below to know more:

Welcome to the Scratching Post Cat Hotel. I have been passionate about cats since birth! I have two of my own black cats that I rescued from the Spca, and now two more that were surrendered to the hotel after a year of boarding here. I have been working with my good friend, Vet, and previous yoga student, Dr. Cathy Kurtz, in order to offer the most stress free environment. I have attended disease control seminars with her, and have been investigating cat behaviour and integration for years. I was a massage therapist for 20 years, and a yoga teacher, with a rehab yoga studio. It is my passion to provide the best care for you and your cat, in order to keep your move, trip, and cat, stress free.
