Coast Canine Services
Let me introduce myself….My name is Shelby Cu***ng and I am a professional canine trainer. My passion for dogs began early in life. My aunt was a registered show dog breeder in the Peace River. She became my inspiration and mentor and introduced me to what was to become my life long desire.
I am well read and have studied a variety of dog breeds. I am fascinated with how dogs communicate with each other. Over the years I have witnessed dogs in a variety of circumstances, from dog shows to shelters. I have worked with rescue dogs, violent dogs and canines in the wild.
I became a professional canine trainer and managed a large kennel for the public and working dogs. In 2010 I had the opportunity to study a group of coyotes for 9 months, in the wild. This experience really assisted me in my knowledge of the canine species. Rescuing dogs and rehabilitant aggressive dogs are my specialty. I am skilled at teaching basic puppy and obedience skills.
I have trained and rehabilitated hundreds of large and small dogs during my professional career and I achieve results. I use many different styles of canine training and behaviour modification and I tailor my teaching to suit the temperament of the particular dog I am working with.
