**Please note, we'll be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. For the rest of the week, our opening hours remain the same as they normally are.**

Important Update: We will be undergoing some computer software changes tomorrow, Monday, November 13th. As a result, between approximately 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM, our internet will be temporarily down. We expect business will operate as usual, with the exception of such things as transactions and online correspondence, which will take priority once the internet returns.

We kindly ask that you bear with us as we navigate this upcoming learning curve. Some operations may experience slight delays during this adjustment period. Your patience and kindness are greatly appreciated as we work towards enhancing the care for your furry family members🐶🐱.

Please be aware that we will be closing early this coming Friday, November 10th, as we will be undergoing some maintenance within the clinic at this time.

With Saturday the 11th being Remembrance Day, we ask that all essential medications and food be picked up before 6pm on Friday to avoid running out over the weekend.

Lynn Valley Vet Clinic will be closed on Saturday, November 11th in observance of Remembrance Day, with regular business hours resuming on Monday, November 13th. We will also be closed on **Tuesday, November 7th, 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM** for a staff meeting.

🐾IMPORTANT UPDATE📢

On Monday November 13th, we will safely and securely be transferring all of our electronic files, including each patients comprehensive medical records, to a new veterinary software.

This transition is an exciting step forward for us, but it comes with a learning curve. Our team will be undergoing training over the next couple of weeks and in order to focus on that training, our daily appointment availability will be limited.

We kindly ask that all non-urgent appointments be booked well in advance. To ensure the best service and availability, we recommend a minimum of two weeks' notice for such appointments. While we make every effort to accommodate urgent needs, it's important to note that in certain cases, we might not have immediate availability. If a pet requires immediate attention, we will do our best to provide guidance on alternative options.

We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this transition.🐾
