For the pets in your life, we offer personalized vaccination program, medicine, surgery, dentistry, nutritional and behavioural consultation. We provide in clinic and on farm veterinary services for your horses which include preventative health care, pre-purc

hase exams, sport horse medicine, surgery, dentistry, lameness and reproduction. Our dairy and beef client service includes reproductive herd health with or without the ultrasound, herd based vaccination programs and individual animal medical and surgical care. Llamas, alpacas and other livestock receive veterinary services that focus on preventative herd and individual healthcare both medical and surgical. In addition to an in house lab, we offer diagnostic services that includes ultrasonography, digital radiology, thermography and endoscopy.

Say Hi to Tobi! 👋

Tobi is a very sweet pup that was recently in to have a lump examined. It was also Tobi's birthday when she came to visit, so we made sure she got lots of love and treats! 🎂

Did you know that we can often gather information about lumps through a test called "fine needle aspirate" (FNA). It is a procedure that uses a thin needle to extract a small sample of fluid or tissue for examination under a microscope. 🔬

Warmer weather is coming (we promise) and soon Hunter will get back to zoomies in the grass and basking in the sun ☀️

It’s important to remember that ticks can survive the winter hiding under snow, leaf litter and brush. At just 4 Degrees Celsius ticks begin to look for an animal or person to feed. 🩸

A recent published Canadian study showed that blacklegged ticks infected with Lyme disease causing bacteria are more likely to survive winter temperatures and are the first ones to “wake up” on warmer days during cooler months. 😳

Heterochromia, or having two different coloured eyes affects less than 1% of the cat population. It generally occurs more commonly in white cats (like Angel here) because the white gene can prevent melanin from reaching one eye.
