Thank you to everyone that help make Livestock 2024 such a great success, with over 1500 guests. Special thanks to all the musicians, vendors and all of of wonderful and tireless volunteers. Special thanks to some people that help behind the scenes, Jay at the The Buckle kingston, Bob's portable toilets, Todd at Noc Visual, Big Dan at Collins trucking, Lennox Fencing for their creative jail, Cooper Equipment for the use of their generator, CN for the fantastic train rides on Little Obie, Harrison Excavating for clearing out a space to park. Little Obie’s appearance at the Livestock Music & Craft Festival is sure to be a highlight of the event this Saturday. It is a sad day at Second Chance Ranch today,Cheyanne passed away after a brief battle with fluid on her lungs . The beautiful horse had been a beloved member of our ranch for many years, and had touched the hearts of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Cheyanne was not just a horse, she was a friend and a loyal companion to all who worked at the ranch. Her gentle nature and kind spirit had a way of brightening even the darkest days, and her presence was always comforting to those in need.

As the news of Cheyanne's passing spread, there was an outpouring of grief and sadness from everyone at the ranch. Tears were shed and hearts were heavy as they mourn the loss of their favourite horse.

But amidst the sorrow, there was also a sense of gratitude for the time they had spent with Cheyanne. She had brought so much joy and love into their lives, and her memory would live on in their hearts forever.

As we said our final goodbyes to Cheyanne, we knew that she was now running free in the fields of heaven, galloping with the wind in her mane and a smile on her face. And though we will miss her dearly, we know that she is at peace, and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
