Hi everyone,
You may have noticed things have been a little quiet on our page lately. Over the past couple of months, we’ve been focused on getting our home ready to sell and we’ve officially made the move out to beautiful BC!

Hoovez and Pawz has been such a special chapter in our lives. Over the past two years, we’ve had the joy and privilege of rescuing and rehoming so many loving, deserving animals. It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey, and we’re so grateful to everyone who’s supported us along the way—whether through adoptions, donations, or simply sharing our posts to help find forever homes.

As we settle into this next chapter, our time will now be focused on running a family-owned kennel and supporting family here in BC, which means rescue work will no longer be our primary focus. That said, we will always have a heart for animals and will continue to help rescue and rehome when we can.

Macie is a sweet, loving, and loyal 4-year-old pit bull looking for the right home. She’s incredibly affectionate with her people and very protective of those she loves. She’s house-trained, eager to please, and would thrive with a strong, confident owner who understands bully breeds.

She’s had a tough past—her original owner passed away and she’s been adjusting ever since. Because of that, she needs some training and exposure work to build her confidence. She can be dominant, so she’d do best as the only pet in a child-free home. With the right introductions and training, she may be able to coexist with other animals. 🐾

She isn’t spayed yet and will need updated vaccinations. She’s a great dog her owner is just trying to find someone who can give her the structure and stability she needs.

Currently all our dog kennels are full and we desperately need adopters! Adopting a dog from us provides space for other animals that have been removed from situations such as abandonment, abuse, and neglect.

For the past approximately 2.5 years, we’ve had the privilege of helping so many dogs—mostly puppies, but also a few special adults—find their way to loving homes. Watching them go from uncertain, and sometimes very rough, beginnings to happy wagging tails has been incredible, and we couldn’t have done it without this amazing community! ♡

Every adoption, donation, and shared post has played a part in giving these dogs a second chance. Your support has made all the difference, and we’re beyond grateful for every person who has helped and cheered us on along the way. Thank you for being part of our journey thus far!

They not only help us save lives but also reduce waste by giving unwanted items a new purpose. We couldn’t do this without amazing people like you.

Snapper and Posie are the last two pups searching for their forever homes! ♡

► These two adorable girls, believed to be Pitbull crosses, are approximately 5 months old. They’re fully up to date on their vaccinations and have been dewormed, ready to join their forever families!

► Snapper is an energetic, attention-loving pup with a playful spirit. True to her name, she’s a bit of a “piranha,” nibbling for attention—but don’t worry, it’s a phase easily managed with basic puppy training. Snapper is very social, getting along wonderfully with both people and other dogs. She’s full of love and would make a great companion for any family ready to welcome her into their lives.

► Posie is a gentle sweetheart with a big heart. She enjoys playtime with her furry friends and loves curling up for naps on the sofa alongside the bigger dogs. Her favorite thing? Belly rubs! She’s incredibly affectionate and would love nothing more than to share her cuddles with her forever people.
