Part board opportunity!

Lady is an older thoroughbred mare, and the absolute sweetest horse in the barn.

Solid Wtc, has lots of buttons, more whoa than go. Generally just an easy going girl. Loves to trail ride, will go out by herself or with others. Has dabbled in the games, knows her patterns and is automatic. Has also done some English and will jump (limited to smaller fences due to age).

She is the same horse every single day, and is the same for every rider. Has been ridden by everyone from tiny beginners to my more advanced girls, (she is a favourite of the older ladies for trail rides as she is smooth) and is a rockstar for everyone.

Absolute saint on the ground, easy to handle and will stand tied for hours to be loved on. Can be handled by even the littlest riders.

Outdoor ring on site, and 200acres of trails. I’m willing to work with someone’s schedule and as many or few days can be arranged as you like. Showing opportunities available for those interested, and coach on site.

First show in the books for 2024 and I am so proud of each one of these girls!

Each one has faced unique challenges, a couple being brand new to western, and one on a very green horse, and each one has put in the work to make this past weekend worth it!

All smiles and a couple ribbons at the end of the day, so excited to see what the year brings!

Once again expanding our lesson program!

After our recent move we are finally able to expand our lesson program! Now located in ramara, just east of orillia

-private and semi private lessons available
-all ages and abilities welcome, from seasoned riders to complete beginners
-horses available for part board/lease
-showing opportunities available
-safe lesson horses for all riders, matched based on suitability to each rider
-western and English lessons available
-Price packages or pay as you go available for all schedules

1 hour private lesson - $50
1/2 hour private lesson - $35
1 hour semi private lesson - $35
1/2 hour semi private lesson - $25

We focus on having a friendly, laid back atmosphere. Each lesson is tailored to the individual rider and their goals, from the most laid back trail rider to a competitive teen. We ensure all riders get to experience all aspects of horsemanship, and create a rewarding partnership with their mount. We have lots of outdoor riding space, miles of trails, and a small indoor for bad weather. For more competitive riders we have showing opportunities available, both western and English.

Mounting issues are some of the most common issues riders have, and this clients filly was no exception. Her initial behaviour was very avoidant and stressed, and only escalated if you went to put your foot in the stirrup. But after about ten minutes she made some lovely progress and has a solid base to remember.
