Our veterinarians and veterinary staff are pet owners too. We want your pets to have healthy and happy lives. To achieve this, we recommend annual wellness examinations, proper nutrition, proper dental and preventative medical care. When your pet is ill, we understand how worried you may be. We will recommend appropriate diagnostic tests to determine the nature of the illness. Then we will recomme

nd and provide the needed medical treatments for your pet. We know you are busy - with three exam rooms and separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, we do our best to make your visit enjoyable for you and your pet.

The holidays are here, and we want to ensure your pets stay healthy and happy throughout the season. Please take note of our adjusted holiday hours:

🕰️ Holiday Hours:
Christmas Eve (Dec 24): 7:30 AM – 3:00PM
Christmas Day (Dec 25): CLOSED
Boxing Day (Dec 26): CLOSED
New Year’s Eve (Dec 31): 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
New Year’s Day (Jan 1): CLOSED

If your furry friends need care outside these hours, please contact us at 506-357-8880 be directed to the appropriate veterinary services.

🌟October is Vet Tech Month, and this week we’re celebrating Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs)! 🌟

Vet techs play a crucial role in veterinary medicine, often serving as the backbone of animal care. Their responsibilities are vast and varied, including:

* Patient Care: Vet techs provide hands-on care for animals, monitoring their health and comfort during examinations and treatments.

* Assisting in Surgeries: They help veterinarians during surgical procedures by preparing the anesthetics, monitoring pets under anesthesia, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

* Diagnostic Support: Vet techs conduct laboratory tests, take radiographs, and perform other diagnostic procedures to help identify health issues.
