Update* Thank you everyone for your interest in Lismer.
He has now found a lovely new home 🥰*

This is lismer.
He was my main buck for my rabbitry.
He is now steril and no longer seeking to be a breeder buck.
He will not make anymore litters.
So he's looking for a home to be a pet.
He's always lived inside.
Fully litter trained.
Loves treats.
Will beg until you give him a treat
He thinks everything that crinkles is a treat bag.

Used to dogs, kids and vacuums.
Very easy going
Easy to clip nails
Located in Oshawa but Markham pick up is an option.

Granite Ridge Rabbitry Sales Policy

We raise and breed Purebred Mini Rex Rabbits, we do not breed or sell mix breeds. We are located in Oshawa, ON.

Rabbits are living, breathing animals, and need a lot of care like any other pet would. They can live up to 10 + years, please do your research to determine if a rabbit would be a good pet for you and that you will commit to the care of the rabbit for the entirety
of their life.

This policy is in place to benefit the rabbit and so that all terms of purchase are clear ahead of time, sales will be conducted in accordance with this policy and regardless if the buyer has read it or not.

By inquiring about purchasing a rabbit from Granite Ridge Rabbitry, you are agreeing to comply with this sales agreement. Policy is subject to change at any time without notice.

Please read and agree to this sales policy before asking to put a deposit/purchasing a rabbit.

-Rabbits will be held and not leave here until they are 8 weeks of age. NO EXCEPTIONS.

-Upon purchasing you agree to the following:

• Never to use the rabbit for human or animal consumption these rabbits are not bred for meat purposes.

• Never dump, abandon or release the rabbit into the wild

• Rabbits are fragile and can be easily injured, do not leave the rabbit unattended with small children.

• Rabbits must be provided the proper care such as housing, nutrition, medical treatment as needed and proper handling for the entirety of their life.

•*** At all times, I retain the first right of refusal. This means that if at any point in time you can no longer care for/ keep the rabbit you will offer the rabbit back to me before selling/giving/gifting to someone else. No refund will be given but we will ensure
the bunny is properly re-homed, this keeps our furry friends out of shelters. ***

-I will NOT sell to anyone under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult or having been given their consent. Please have a parent or legal guardians reach out prior to making purchase arrangements to confirm consent of purchase.

-I reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time, without any reason.

-I require a minimum of 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the price of the rabbit to hold a particular rabbit. If you cancel the sale you will not be refunded. If I cancel the sale for any reason your deposit will be refunded in full.

-If you find one (or more) that you would like to have please request to place a deposit down on that particular rabbit. Rabbits will not be held without a deposit, and can be sold at any given time without a deposit to hold. They will be sold on a first come
first serve basis.

Rabbits will not leave my possession until paid in full.

-Transportation is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to purchase a rabbit, you will be responsible for arranging transport. However, I am willing to meet along routes that I travel.

-Rabbits are sold as is and not sold spayed or neutered. This is the responsibility of the buyer at their discretion. More than one rabbit being sold to a house hold is strongly recommended that the rabbits be fixed to avoid fighting for dominance.

-I check the s*x of the rabbit purchased before it leaves at the time of sale. It is the duty of the purchaser to check and guarantee that the rabbit is of the correct s*x at the time of sale. I do not exchange rabbits for incorrect s*x.

GUARANTEES

-All rabbits are sold healthy to the best of my knowledge; I will not knowingly sell any animals that have health issues or that is sick/injured. It is your responsibility to check over and examine the rabbit at time of pickup to ensure there or no problems.

-If a rabbit falls ill within 24 hours of purchase I will do whatever I can to make things right and replace the rabbit if needed be. After that I do not take responsibility of the rabbit’s heath as rabbits are very delicate animals and unpredictable. I am not
responsible for how the new owner cares for or handles the rabbit after the 24 hour period. Granite Ridge Rabbitry will not be responsible for veterinary bills by rabbits that have been incurred or if the rabbit becomes sick and dies in your care after being
sold.

-I will always disclose any disqualifications/issues with any rabbit that is sold prior to it being purchased.

-I do not guarantee health/weight/size/temperament in pets or show/breeding results in brood or show quality animals. Again please examine the rabbit to ensure it is what you want before leaving.

-Each rabbit will come with a starter/transition bag of food they are currently eating for you to transition to their new diet.

***I will never sell a rabbit just to sell it, I care about the welfare of my animals. I reserve the right to refuse any sale, at any time, without any reason.***
