Hey everyone!!

Oh gosh I’m so so sorry I haven’t posted anything in so long 🫣 I’ve been so busy an a lot has happened the last couple months.

Just want to make a lil post saying happy 2 years to Shall We Walk? 🥳 we hit the 2 year mark at the end of August ❤️

I just want to thank everyone who has supported me throughout this whole journey. Thank you to all the pet parents who let me watch their fur babies an living in your home while doing so 🤗 I appreciate all of you!

Here’s to many more years!

I have a few updates I’ll share eventually lol but I thought I’d reintroduce myself!

I’m not sure if I’ve done this before an if I have it was at the very beginning 🙈 an I’ve gotten a few new followers since then so here we go!

Hey! I’m Jessica 🤙🏼

I’m 30 years old and I am a huuuuuuuuuuge pet lover 💞

Growing up while living with my mom at one time we had 5 cats! I always wanted a dog but because of the amount of cats we had my mom said it was not possible 🥲 no worries though I knew people who had dogs so I was around them the odd time lol.

I graduated from the broadcasting program in 2017 at Durham college in Oshawa but finding something in that field is very difficult 🫠 lol after trying different jobs from then till 2 years ago in 2022, someone I know (who I ended up looking after her pets) told me about Rover an that it won’t be much I’ll make at first but it’s still something! So I gave it a try an man it was sooo great 🥹 it made me want to make my own business doing just that an my dad said well why not? So I did! 💁🏻‍♀️

I still can’t believe I’ve been doing this as a job for almost 2 years! Obviously at first, like all business, the beginning was a little rocky but man we are THRIVING!

I appreciate y’all sooo much! Those who trusted me with their fur babies in their homes, those we referred me to others, an those who also purchased my merch I made this year!

Say hello to Jack & Bailey!

Jack is 2 years old (Morkie) and Bailey is 14 (shih tzu).

Jack is a tiny lil feisty boy but I learned he is very much a cuddler which is so cute ☺️ for his little legs he can really walk 😂 every time I walked him I felt like I was sp*ed walking! Even though he LOVES going for walks he won’t let you put his harness on. It’s like he makes a game out of it lol.

Bailey is almost blind an deaf but like all the ole pups I’ve looked after he can find his way around just fine! He doesn’t need very long walks but he loves them cause he knows he’ll get treats along the way 😂

They’re both the sweetest boys an it was such a pleasure to look after them 🥰 this was during the week of my birthday an when we had all that crazy snow back in March!

This is my first big dog who I walk. He is a Great Dane/Cane Corso mix who is about 12 or 13 years old I believe, but he is really a big baby 🥹

He is a really good walker for his age an is just the sweetest boy! ☺️

Hey yall!

I upgraded my phone an now I have soooo much space 😂 so I’m able to go back an post new clients that I haven’t got to yet!

Say hello to Jasper!

This sweet boy was referred to me by Loren, someone I know who also walked him but she is unable too an wanted to make sure he was in good hands, which he is 🥰 she was also the one to told me about rover an that’s how this business all started. So thankful for her!

But back to Jasper! The first couple walks we did we didn’t walk the full half hour. Getting him use to someone new walking him. Probably after 3 walks we started to walk farther an a bit longer an he got so good with walking 🤗 now we walk the full half hour an I’ve been walking him for about 2 and a half months now!

It is with great sadness that on Monday Carlie crossed the rainbow bridge 😔

I was her dog walker for the last 7 months ❤️ for her age she did so well with walking. People would ask how old she is an be so shocked by my answer. She would get these bursts of energy where she walks quicker an I’m sp*ed walking beside her 🙈 or will play jump at me. She would eat her own p**p which I thought was so gross 😂 but she was such a good girl 🥹

I kind of knew eventually it would happen cause she was about 13 or 14 years old but I didn’t expect it to happen so soon. The last month an a bit her owner mentioned to me that she had a small limp on her left front paw. The vet at first said it might be arthritis an that made sense cause of her age but she was still able to walk.

Near the end of her life the limp got worse an her owner was told by the vet on Monday that it actually was a tumour an that’s what caused her limp.

Carlie an I bonded so quickly, she was the sweetest girl ❤️ always so happy to see me an would cuddle an rub her face against my legs 🥹 I’m so happy I got to be there in the last few months of her life. Carlie will be missed forever an always. An condolences to her owner Kellen an his family during this time ❤️

Say hello to Dolce (white fur) & Gabbana (brown fur)!

The owner of these sweet boys reached out to me on rover to house sit but I was already house sitting the Boston terriers so I’ve been there walker 🤗

Both are almost 10 years old an are both from the same litter.

Gabbana unfortunately has dealt with a lot, cataracts, partially blind (he can see shadows) an arthritis. But he does very well on walks!

Dolce is very good with walking also but he walks so much faster than his poor brother 😅

Also look at them both in their jumpsuits when it’s cold out 🥹

I forgot about some new clients I got, when I was posting a couple days ago I didn’t wanna flood the feed of too many posts at one time 😅

Soooo say hello to Ty!

He is about 14 years old I believe an he is blind an deaf 🥲 but he finds his way around so easily you wouldn’t think that he was 🙈

I’ve dropped in on him about 3 times now an I’ll be seeing him the next couple days until Tuesday 🤗

He just got groomed so the photos before was when I first watched him an the photos with his red bandana is his freshly groomed photos looking all handsome 🥰

I also forgot to post during the overnight house sitting job but I looked after the Boston squad for a week at the end of January!

Before this I’ve only watched them for a few hours or most of the day, so this was a bit of a challenge for the week. With Stanley having hydrocephalus, an it being my first time looking after a dog with a disability, I had to adjust quickly.

The week ended up going great, there was just the few times a day Stanley was pushing my buttons 😅 an he LOVES that ball as you can see he’ll literally fall asleep with it in his mouth lol.

An all of them would sleep on the bed with me basically every night 🥲

Stewart had a bit of anxiety I think so he acted out a bit whenever I had to pop out for my jobs. There are p*e pads inside incase I didn’t get Stanley outside fast enough to p*e, so Stewart ripped those up 🙃 an would pull the blanket out of Stella’s crate.

Stella did great also! She was my cuddly girl who would cuddle up in my lap or right by my neck 🥰

This is my boyfriend an his families dog but I was there when they first brought this baby home who came alllll the way from Turks an Caicos!
